A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I am an intuitive medium and healer with over 30 years of coaching and management experience including coordinating complex cardiovascular research trials as a nurse and medical project manager. A survivor of familial sexual and emotional abuse, I've rebuilt my life and understanding of who I am. As an intuitive healer and coach, I help survivors of childhood trauma release trapped emotions and rewrite the core beliefs that keep them from healing. My intention is to create space for them to step into self-love and wholeness. As an intuitive/spiritual medium, I am honored to be the voice for your loved ones in spirit and to provide evidence that life is eternal.

I have felt spirit since I was very young, although I didn't recognize it as such. Over the years, I have had remarkable experiences with my own deceased loved ones, unseen visitors, and even the angelic realm. I have come to believe that mediumship is an art, and like any art form, it takes years of development to become fluent in the language of the soul. While mediumship enables you to have a conversation with your loved ones in spirit, psychic (or intuitive) readings provide clarity, guidance and support in the moment by connecting to your higher self. Both types of readings are conversations at the soul level. There is no limit to the healing that is possible.

In the context of coaching, my goal is to provide structure, accountability, support, and mentorship. I am witness to you, your journey and your vision of what's possible. Individualized to meet your specific needs, I integrate Usui Reiki, intuitive healing, Reflexology, mediumship and shamanic teachings into our sessions. My healing journey has been painful and complex. Through it, I have found myself; I'm here now to support you to do the same. I have walked this road.
