Service Description

Interested in learning Reiki in a 1:1 class or with one other student? This is the perfect option for you! Click on the Get in Touch button at the top of the screen to submit your request to schedule a class. This 1 day class is usually scheduled over 8 1/2 hours with a 1 hour lunch and 2 breaks. Class time with 1-2 participates is anticipated to be approximately 5-7 hours depending upon breaks required. First Degree Reiki is the first of 3 levels of Reiki certification. This course is taught by Leslie Jackson. There are no pre-requisites. No previous experience is required. In this course you will learn about the history of Reiki, what it is and what the levels of training are, basic anatomy and the human energy system, as well as, hand positions and practice considerations. You will receive the first attunement and have the opportunity to practice with your classmate or a volunteer. You will be provided with course materials and a certificate of completion. You will receive a call from Leslie about a month after your class. This will be a check-in to see how you are doing and to provide you with support and the opportunity for you to ask any questions that may have come up. For ongoing continuing education after your class, Leslie offers Reiki shares, or gatherings, for her students. You will be encouraged to attend and participate in these events to build community and receive support. After scheduling your class with Leslie, you will receive an invoice and email booking confirmation. The class must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Cancellations are accepted up to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled class for a full refund less a $20 administration fee. Cancellations 1-2 weeks prior to class are eligible for refund less $100. Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to class are not eligible for refund. Note that the booking and cancellation policy noted below is for in-clinic appointments and does not apply to course offerings.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted up to 2 weeks prior to the course date for a full refund less a $20 administration fee. Cancellations within 1 to 2 weeks of the course date are eligible for refund less $100. Cancellations the week of the course are not eligible for refund.
