A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Welcome!

I am an intuitive medium and healer with over 30 years of coaching and managing complex cardiovascular research trials as a nurse and medical project manager. A survivor of familial sexual abuse, I've rebuilt my life and understanding of who I am. I help survivors of childhood trauma release trapped emotions that can keep them from healing, rewrite their core beliefs and create space for them to step into self-love and wholeness.

In the context of healing, a coach provides structure, accountability, support, encouragement and mentorship. I am witness to you, your journey and your vision of what's possible. Individualized to meet your specific needs, I integrate Usui Reiki, Reflexology, intuitive healing, mediumship and shamanic teachings into our sessions. My own healing journey has provided profound training. Know that I have walked the same road.
